Fox and Ravens
"Resistance is futile."
Having reached the lofty heights of evolutionary perfection, you seek to share your gifts and knowledge with all the inhabitants of the universe. Most species cannot appreciate your altruistic nature, but you know that you really do have their best interests at heart. Trillions of your best drones would surely attest to that.
Currently, you are heading for a lavish resort that has been earmarked for assimilation. The site was specifically chosen for its broad range of biological and technological diversity. It will reach its full potential as part of the Collective, under you.
You're the Borg Queen, from Star Trek. You are currently operating alone, but each night you can choose one player to assimilate into the Borg Collective. Despite your claims to the contrary, there are those who may successfully resist assimilation, often with disastrous consequences for you. Thanks to the Royal Protocol and other protective redundancies though, you will always be reborn at Unimatrix Zero following this kind of backlash. Any Borg can choose to carry out this nightly assimilation instead of taking any other available actions at night, but only you are protected from counterstrikes in this way. Because you share a hive mind, all members of the Collective can talk to each other at night. You win when at least half of the surviving population are Borg and no one alive can threaten your victory.

since this cult leader doesn't die when it hits mafia, it's basically a cop within a cult (the mafia is really the cult's most dangerous enemy - it can always just convert the townies). Plus, it sounds like the leader isn't the only one who can recruit, which also makes it like 10X harder to actually eliminate the cult since they can continue to grow in numbers even after the leader dies.

Incidentally, getting Shai'tan as a pro-town role is seriously rough luck.
