The intro text has some flavor in it but it also contains minor clues as to what kind of roles we might have, who the DFs might be, etc. We can start with that, if nothing else.

Also, it's quite traditional to start with random voting. But, for a number of games, we've blown right over that. Except the last one (or current one, really) where I really just wanted to vote for Isaac. But let's not worry about that now. ;).


I like that, I say we vote for Issac. :P

So! Looking at the intro message, it looks like we are in a small town with illianers and tairens (pretty sure you spelled that wrong but I'm just a douche that would call you out on that ;)). We very well could have other nationalities, people who came from other groups or locations like Aiel, whitecloaks, Aes Sedai, Borderlanders, etc.

One proposition (I'm not saying we should do it. We should decide if it's acceptable or not) is to call everyone out on their nationalities and to see what we can get out of that.


Dang you!! I was planning on coming in today and suggesting this! But you beat me to it!!

But after thinking about it more, I'm not completely sure how good of an idea that is. While I agree the town will be better off with the more information they gain, this will also help the DF's. Unless this town has a resident Aes Sedai, foreigners are more likely to be AS, or other roles. While it doesn't necessarily mean they are roled, if we know someone is a foreigner, they're at a higher chance.

Any other leads are highly encouraged. Just try not to make yourself look guilty by suggesting anything radical like "how about we all tell each other our roles and lynch whoever sounds like theirs is fake." Roleclaims are not handled lightly, go under a lot of examination, and give the DFs a huge advantage for knowing who they should Night Kill.


How many people on each side do you think we have? Ten people is a little hard. Considering this is a beginning game, do you think we have a SK (serial killer)? If we don't then I'm betting we have 4 DFs (darkfriends) and 6 Lightsiders. But that does seem a little heavy on DFs.
