As the self-appointed Tactician of the Landsraad, I have devised a strategy for completing the Chancellor's Challenge and ending the pirate menace once and for all.

Now that we know who our enemies are, we need to find them. This should be easily done; we can just track raiding parties to see where they came from.

I myself will locate the headquarters of one of these criminal organizations. I recommend that two more of you dedicate your resources to tracking the others. We need to coordinate ahead of time to make sure we cover all three of them.

Once we have located the pirate bases, executioners conflict resolution specialists can be deployed.
