You rally those following you and order them to advance upon the few hundred trollocs. Many listen, picking up their battered weapons and shields. But the majority ignore you. One walks up to you and says what they are all thinking.

"We thought you were here to save us, not to have us all killed fighting Trollocs. Isn't that why we left the city in the first place? If you won't help us, we will help ourselves."

You have, however, rallied two hundred to your cause, and you hope that attacking and gaining ground will inspire others to follow. So you lead a charge, running towards the trolloc camps, attacking with the ferocity of the impassioned. But the trollocs retaliate, rallying their own forces under the Myrdraal, leaving the city to its fate, coming down upon your forces. They break and run behind you, and you value your lives enough to retreat with them.
