Criteria #5 - Slow to answer (Table) - Edit 1

Ranagrande already posted for Criteria 1 and 2, and we're busy getting 4, #3 should follow this evening. This should actually include evasive answers too but none come to mind, please feel free to point any out, for the moment it is only those who either did not answer to took more than 24 hours to answer, I'll take off anyone who was officially RBIRL, and please check that I didn't miss or add anyone who shouldn't be on there.

Well, that's the nature of the beast, best way to minimize tempering on these questions is not to discuss the results before you set the criteria, short list, ? followed by Bergioyn, we'd already excluded official RBIRLs from this, I'll leave it to the individuals to explain or defend as they see appropriate, but in alphabetical order that's:

Obviously not a big list, we could increase it a lot by decreasing beneath 24 hours but at that point, IMO, we're getting beyond the fair standard for posting replies, and I went in saying 24 so that is what I will stick with. Obviously if someone wants to add someone I missed or say something was evasive I'll put them on there, and we could expand the list to include the Criteria #4 that's up right now if there's general agreement on that.
