... which is to say, yesterday's voting record, everyone voted for beet, except galadriel, dannymac and beet himself, naturally. Knowing that beet was scum, it seems obvious to start looking at those who didn't vote for him.

Now, from what we know the stolen object which is the cause of our current imprisonment is a data crystal that must not fall into Centauri hands.

Dannymac is Centauri, galadriel is Narn, the enemy of the Centauri. This seems fairly straightforward to me.
