Julort runs at the trollocs, attempting to distract them enough so that Ailgar can run towards the Myrdraal and slay it with a fearsome brute strike. The trollocs envelop him, and attack. One, seeing the goal of the Whitecloak, charges after him.

All of the trollocs swing their mighty weapons, bringing them down to draw Ogier blood. Julort stands relentlessly, but one tears open his skin, dealing damage.

Ailgar moves towards the fade content on finishing him. He swings his blade in a mighty arc, but it glances of the heavy plate of the eyeless.

The fade retaliates using Reaping Strike, bringing his dark blade across the armor of the Ailgar, but it too misses.

Ailgar takes 3 damage and 5 ongoing because of the cursed nature of the Thakan'dar blade.

The trolloc moves into a flanking position on the amadician. He swings his sickle sword, piercing the armour from the back and drawing blood to stain the garb of the Child.

Meanwhile, our good friend Kael is marching into battle at the head of a small band of two hundred, hoping desperately to carve his way through it towards his allies. He is quickly spotted by the trollocs, and within seconds, his army has been engaged. Around him, civilians are falling quickly to the fiercesome blades of the trollocs.

Amidst all the blood, two trollocs charge towards Kael.
