I did just that and have yet to find a respectable source for the declaration. The fact that it is also brought up in the case of Hitler, and as I found out through the search, Franco, it seems quite likely that it is an invention intended to ridicule the dictators, a common use of propaganda.

Incidentally, I also discovered that Obama is a time traveling Nazi Muslim. Search it up online .
