She clearly distrusts the newcomer. As a high ranked resident of authority, she knew of every permitted visitor...and this was not a man she had been notified of. In her mind, this means two things. One, he is an intruder or two, he is allied with those she seeks to disprove.

"I was specifically speaking to my guests, and you were not included in the invitation. This is a delicate matter and I do not know you."

((OOC--Please do not assume my character's reactions. I know I "controlled" your character previously, but as I said, you kind of took me off guard. I was not anticipating a newcomer when I was outlining this little plot venule to myself.))
