The amulet has the seal of her council on it. I explicatly said that. It's not like it's some random trinket she found. It's a symbol of her authority in her race. It was made for her within the past decade. The only reason she doesn't normally carry it on her is because she does not like act with that authority unless she needs to.

The AXE was mentioned in an above response that came well before yours. And thus I presumed you actually read it before jumping in.

Not that you read that an Animas camp cannot be blithely entered at will, either.
