Are you going to be unable to post certain days of the week, or will you be gone from Feb X to Feb Y, or are you just going to be real busy and not sure how much you can play?

We can try to accommodate you if you're just busy 1-2 days a week or something, but if it's going to be hit and miss the whole game, it might be better to try without you. Maybe keep you as an alternate.

So if I could get a better idea of what you mean, that'd help. I'd also like to know what the other players think about it. If they don't want to deal with inactivity that'll count for a lot (although they've always been pretty good in the past).
