Why does it help the matter that the Doctor pulls the plug? Surely that is what the Master THREATENS to do, and will destroy the universe!
And how can the Watcher be the next Doctor? That is one VERY odd regeneration. Is there an explanation somewhere? I tried Wikipedia, which was singularly unhelpful. It seems to me there should be some sort of geek rationalisation somewhere, but I cannot find it.
