Waterbending is my favorite type, so I liked seeing the focus put on those techniques. I wonder how they are going to fit the story lines into a movie, though - it seems to me as if they are compressing an entire season into one movie, which is a shame since so much happened in the non-melodramatic episodes.

I am sure that Shyamalan will ruin this somehow - he always focuses on drama, and I don't feel as if he is conveying the amazing images and details that were built up over the course of the series' animated run. It looks more like a bunch of characters had their personalities' warped so that they could deliver generic infodumping sessions that the characters didn't originally say.
