the different groups always seem to reach their respective destinations at the same time.
This last episode Kara and Zed reached that Mord Sith temple at the same time Richard reached that hiding place of the Stone of Tears. Yet the group were following that compass for months!
So are supposed to believe Darken Rahl's hiding hole was just next door to the hiding place ? Wasn't it supposed to be on the outskirts of Dhahara ? So maybe the hiding place is also on the outskirts of Dharaha. Except that's where they set off from when the season started.
So in conclusion it seems people travel as fast as most convinient for the story.
