The UK is four (or maybe five) episodes in to the most recent series and I'm really liking the fact that it has the mass hanging scene as part of the opening scenes, at the same times as we keep geting shown how Colonel Gaddafi's big party involved an alomst identical hanging scene. Love that.

I do like that it actualy teaches people some real history that people don't realise though - that Henry was a young and athletic man once, before his injury took a toll on him.


save for the stupidly historical inaccurate parts. Like his sister thing. How hard would it be to mention he had 2...just 1 line about some other sister...and wtf is up with her marriage?

But, i really like it. My friend and I watch it, but we havnt really caught up yet. But in our History of England class, the prof was like "Maybe you have seen ever episode of the Tudors" and we loled :D
