It's the 5th season finale and the conclusion to the story arc of the entire series. Surprisingly the CW gave SN an early renewal for a 6th season even though the creator, Eric Kripke, had only planned 5 seasons. I wonder if we are still getting the original ending or if it was tweaked because of the early renewal. Some people think SN should have gone out on a high note. I tend to agree. It's a really good show but I don't want to see it dragged on. Oh well I should be happy.

I haven't actually watched anything after Lucifer released Death, mostly because I prefer watching in bulk. But I like the idea of a season for the boys to recover (I cannot stop calling them boys even though they're both older than I am).
I'm not sure what it will be like sans Kripke though.
