I mean honestly, this makes me want to scream. I found the ending to be very satisfying, especially compared to most television show ending. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that this was the most satisfying ending to a series that I've seen this decade.
That being said, where are they going to go with this? How do you top the apocalypse? I'm seriously considering letting my brother watch the first few episodes of season 6 and tell me what he thinks before I start it. If it's not what I'm looking for, I'm going to pretend it doesn't exist, and that the series finished where it should have, with season 5.
