The first part of the video shows the original scene from Eleventh Hour where the Doctor speaks while tracing the crack on Amy's wall. The second part is Amy's memory of this scene, as shown in Cold Blood. The interesting part is that, in Amy's memory, he traces the crack in the opposite direction. It's not run in reverse, because his mouth still synchs with the words he's saying. The words themselves are slightly different as well.

Since they could have simply copied the original scene, but did not ... what does that mean? Something clever, or terrible production error?

... if all of these little cool details (the human shape in Eleventh Hour, jacket Doctor in Flesh and Stone, this thing) turn out to be a long string of production gaffes, I will be disappointed.
