I can't remember scene-for-scene since it's been a while since I last watched it but here's what I generally remember:

a) They added a lot of material that wasn't in the book that ultimately had no purpose
b) If you hadn't read the books, a lot of the plot points made no sense at all
c) Focused way too much on the "romance" (a lot of which was invented for the movie and rushed a few arcs prematurely IMO)
