As Del points out, there's also some serious liberties taken with history though. But yeah, it's an interesting period. I have to admit the main reason I like the show is Natalie Dormer, though... :P Whereas Rhys-Meyers kind of annoys me, but then that's probably the character.


What about Natalie Dormer gets you? I actually liked her more in the 2nd season than I did the first. Also, I think Katherine is fantastic.

Her acting is alright, nothing too spectacular, I admit. I'm kind of disappointed in her character late in season one as she seemed beforehand like she was too intelligent to let it all go to her head, but it seems that she does let it go to her head.

And yes, definitely, Maria Kennedy does a great job with Katherine of Aragon (that's the one you're talking about, right? And not one of the later Katherines?).
