Re: / Discussion: There are now two movies (or possibly seven) that I want to see in 3D

I definitely would have preferred the slow moving Romero zombies used in the games, but I enjoyed them. That enjoyment, of course, has nothing at all to do with Milla Jovovich or Michelle Rodriguez or Ali Larter...
Ohh that's right...Ali Larter...mmmm...
Yeah I am sure Lucas is gonna go through with it eventually. And as a hardcore fan I welcome each opportunity to see the films on the big screen. The thing is, it was never shot in 3D, so the effect won't be as breathtaking as with Avatar. I hope that it's at least more impressive than it was in Clash of the Titans.
Well, he's a bit all about money, isn't he? Holds out on brining them to DVD until the fans salivate at the very thought of it. Doing the same with Blu Ray, dropping hints of "Oh, we found some addition footage we thought was lost". And now, 3D. Of course, I'd definitely go to all six in the theatres even if the 3D effect is as poor as you (and the guys from Electric Playground) say Clash of the Titans was.
See, I don't really get why people think it's about money. In the case of the theatrical 3D release anyway. One thing Lucas certainly doesn't have to worry about is money. I honestly believe he is a tech freak and fascinated with new possibilities and how could they be used to enhance the experience of the films.
I just wish I could see the original three in theatres as they were originally presented. Not the THX remaster, or the Special Editions (which I did see). That would be quite awesome.
I am glad I still saw TESB and ROTJ back in the day
Tron Legacy could be fun. There was more, but I can't think of it right now.
Hmm... I should probably watch Tron, everybody keeps talking about it. Maybe then Legacy would appeal to me.
I haven't seen Tron in years, but I doubt it'll be needed much

Same. Will be nostalgic, since Return of the Jedi was the 2nd movie I saw in theaters. *NM*

We saw the 2D and the animation was great. Been wondering about the 3D though.
