I don't like the look of the guy playing Sherlock. And I am told it is a modern take? And that the plot sucks. So... hmmm. But on the other hand, Martin Freeman?
Not perfect.
But I like putting into a modern setting instead of doing another rehash of the originals. I like Sherlock Holmes having a webpage and manipulating mobile phones for his own ends.
Benedict Cumberpatch (Holmes) is a lovely, lovely man and I like him in the role. He played William Pitt the Younger in Amazing Grace and is a mighty fine actor.

Well, the usual trick is to have him talk to himself so that we can hear his thoughts.
