Let me put it this way.

If you're enjoying it this much without even being to the end of the first season ... the rest of this show is going to kick you straight in the ass with a steel-toed awesome boot.

The first season is practically boring compared to some of the things they do later. Make sure you watch the Peacekeeper Wars movie after finishing the fourth season.
