I like how they are showing the good side of the other universe, even down to the cyborg shapeshifters..but was't there an issue in season 2 when we first met the shifters about how they couldn't stay in the same body for too long (the one that was pretending to be Charlie?) so how can theses shifters be in their bodies for years? Also, when did Newton become a shifter? isn't he the head that was frozen and regrown onto a body? Other than that I think this season is the best so far, I like having 1 long story line vs a bunch of random unrelated cases..

I agree. I think it's a good thing the other universe isn't just the "evil one". The more both sides meet in a grey compound instead of one being black and one white, the better.

I can't remember the details of when Charlie was taken by the shapeshifter. I am also not sure anymore what was going on with Newton's head. Those are interesting questions, though.

I suppose, as we saw last week, there'll still be "Monster of the week" episodes, but always with a bit of major development. I thought last week was pretty brilliant, too.
