if you really want to know how tall some of these celebrity crushes you have are, you should do what i did and pack up everything that you can fit in your car and move to LA
granted, i think lenka was wearing heels when i met her but she is still shorter than me, ergo -- not "leggy" 
also, mr's merriam & webster disagree with all of your personal definitions of "leggy" but, that's glory for you!
