Ehh.. I haven't re-watched, but the later seasons seemed really dumb to me.

For the record, I preferred the end of both BSG and LOST to Alias. Like I said, though, that's just from memory. I recall it switching from an entertaining spy show to ridiculous quasi-sci-fi show. Like it didn't know which one it wanted to be, then becoming thoroughly mediocre at both.
All that aside, I recall seriously enjoying the first half of the series.
