At the 37 second mark, we seem to be in the previous Tardis interior, witnessing what looks like a regeneration and Rory and Amy (you can just see her check shirt behind Rory) are there.
It looks to me like Rory is holding her, keeping her from running towards the light. But yes, it does look like the old Tardis.
But someone said something about the Omega and River in one of the comments. I thought that was interesting. I certainly hope they build something interesting with what has seemed unimportant so far.
