HBO inadvertantly released full-episode spoilers a while ago, so we know where certain events will happen.
Robert's death is either late in Episode 7 or early in Episode 8. Eddard's ill-advised chat with Cersei is definitely in Episode 7, whilst Episode 8 is when his attempt to arrest Joffrey and Cersei backfires and he is arrested. He is executed at the end of Episode 9.
Viserys definitely dies in Episode 6, as that's what the episode is named after.
Drogo dies in either Episode 9 or 10, whilst his funeral pyre and the hatching of the dragons is the end of Episode 10.
