The casting is this is superb. Jaime is pitchperfect. Arya is wonderful. Varys is exactly how I pictured him -- bald, unctuous, weird giggle and a leeeetle bit creepy. The actor (Iain Glen I think) was perfect for Mormont, as well.
I am vastly disturbed by the lack of Ghost. He's such a large part of Jon and Jon's story! It's very weird he's nowhere to be seen.
