My geography professor is from England, so I'ma be purposely smarmy and grotesque, and if there's a question about emigration I'm going to write something about some Dr. Who planet. Problem is, I've only watched 10 minutes of Dr. Who. So someone tell me what the best planet is and why. If they even visit them for long periods of time. From what I've seen their budget for set design is pretty small .
