don't the BBFC (and similar national censorships) have a duty to protect younger people who will inevitably go to see the regardless of rating? sure it's easier to enforce policies in a cinema (though they are still slack) but when it comes onto dvd, the seller is less able to determine who will end up watching the film

and isn't it better that content like this isn't accepted? where do BBFC draw the line? once something like is allowed and the line is redrawn the sort of film-makers who make human centipede will just push the next boundary
