Some of my favorite are surfthechannel.com and alluc.org. Both sites don't themselves stream, they're a collection of links to streaming sites. Its not perfect, quality is never consistent, but hey, its not bad, either. I don't have problems with viruses on these sites and a I see no ads at all. Ads do exist on these sites, but with firefox and adblock plus you won't see them.
