I've never watched the Tudors, but a quick google of the actress's name shows that she does not look sweet and certainly not innocent.

In the Tudors, and in Casanova, the two things I've seen her in, her character looks innocent in a smoldering way, if that makes any sense. Now, Margaery certainly isn't as innocent as she looks either, but I suppose the fakeness of her innocent impression isn't supposed to be quite so obvious.
