It was a bit mixed though - the start in particular was messy. It was good fun though


I am willing to forgive a lot if I am entertained. Doctor Who should always be fun. I am all in favor of some dark emotions, and real emotion more importantly, but I think many of the problems of the end of the RTD era stemmed from over-seriousness and wallowing in angst. A good balance is key.
