TF3, Green Lantern & Hangover 2 were varying degrees of terrible, IMO. Still haven't seen Super 8.

The cheap theater had it queued up as "coming soon" on their site, then mysteriously removed it the other week. Sadface. Guess I'll have to catch it on Redbox or something.
Decent Summer movies I've seen have been:
- Water for Elephants (surprisingly)
- Pirates 4 was better than 2 & 3, but not the original
- Thor was merely okay... its story and characters were dumb, but it was watchable.
- Captain America was surprisingly good
- X-Men: First Class was the best comic book movie of the summer, IMO
I've been catching all of my movies at the local cheapie, so I'd like to think that the $2 Tuesday or $3.50 normal price helps to keep me from buying into hype. If I paid $11, I'd want to like it just to think I hadn't completely flushed a dinner's worth of cash.
