The only trailers that I remember having an huge impact on me were the Lion King (still makes me cry, and I was almost 18 when it came out; the Circle of Life is such a beautiful song), the initial LOTR teaser with the release dates going over as they came over the pass (and ONLY because of that part... it was just so amazing to see all the characters in scale and the words Return of the King showing up as Aragorn came over), and the Two Towers trailer set to Requiem for a Dream.
I've seen those all way too many times. I've watched them after the movies came out, just to remember how they made me anticipate the movies. I really want to take my nieces and nephews to see Lion King in the theater like I took their parents when we were teenagers.
