I'm confused about where all the time has gone as well, and would like to know where in Amy and Rory's time this happens. Was this between The Big Bang and The Impossible Astronaut, or is it sometime after he dropped them off at their new house last episode (and when exactly did he drop them off?) If they are shopping a couple days before the Doctor's death, do they have time to get to America?
The fact that he saw them a short time before going to his death does not mean he intends to stick to that timeline.
Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All! LOL! I loved that the Doctor spoke Baby, and that Alfie called himself that.
I wasn't big on The Lodger, but I really enjoyed Owen in the ep. The Doctor trying to seduce him in the elevator was great.
