The first one I watched was Modern Warfare. I was hooked. Love at first sight.

I might have enjoyed Big Bang Theory more except that I have become spoiled by the shows that don't use a laugh track. I can't stand or ignore laugh tracks anymore. Immediate turn off. At first the writing was good enough that I could tolerate the laugh track but it on its descent into sitcom hell as you so aptly described it.

Season 2's finale was a bit of a dissappointment for me after the high bar season one had set but for the most part I still enjoy the show.
