By combined visuals and music, my favourites are Casino Royale's and the Ace of Base version of Goldeneye's (which keeps getting deleted from youtube, but you can find the music here.
Then I'd say A View to a Kill, and Live and Let Die.
Honourable mention goes to Die Another Day, which I never particularly liked but I found slightly catchy and different from the other intros. The visuals are also somewhat more interesting than usual, though not by much.
