LOVE Dune, especially in combination with Toto's soundtrack.
I really liked the final frame of Tron: Legacy, because it was so unexpectedly sweet. Just like the Iron Giant.
Funny that they include the old Blade Runner ending when Scott made a point to announce the Final Cut being the ultimate version of the movie.

One frame I just saw recently for the first time was Marion Cotillard's teary face in Public Enemies, that was pretty fantastic.
Braveheart has a great one, too. Or Fight Club.
But it's true, The Usual Suspects (maybe too big a spoiler?) and Cuckoo's Nest should have been on it.
