As good as Casablanca is, I'd put LotR, Scott Pilgrim, Citizen Kane, and plenty of other movies above it.


How could I possibly say: "On the Waterfront bored me to death, but it was important and had terrific acting and camera work so I'll put it above ROTK"? That's not how it works.
