Most people liked it, so I guess I'm odd man out. I would say modern warfare and advanced dungeons and dragons. However, while those are my favorite it's hard to say they will be the best two to introduce someone to the show...we as watchers know these characters already, so bias is there.
If you had only two episodes to get someone to like Community, which would you have them watch?
