It's the only episode apart from #8 (I think) to have no sex scenes and minimal nudity compared to the rest of the show. And #8 is GRRM's episode, so obviously they got him to do that one.
The kids are funny, but not tremendously insightful into the making of the series. Everyone's nice and it's all great fun.
The preceding episode is actually more interesting for Lena Headey's incessant swearing and the discussion between her, Addy and Coster-Waldau over whether Dany's relationship with Drogo is a form of Stockholm Syndrome.
