The more palatable anglo-Canadian shows (except maybe humour shows) are/were already broadcasted in the US, the rest even the anglo-Canadians don't watch much as they prefer American shows.
Most of the best, daring or original Canadian TV is in French but doesn't export so well (and in part for budget reasons, it's not really comparable to series from the BCC either).
