Season 5 = most of Feast and Dance (not a huge amount of meat in these books)
Season 6 = remaining Dance and much of book 6 (which I hope/assume will be out in time, or at least close enough to use as content for this season)
Season 7 = finale of the story.....way, way, way before GRRM concludes the books.
