That is pretty hefty news. I wonder what the new trilogy will be about. If they'll follow along with the Extended Universe books to some extent, if they'll try to follow up after Return of the Jedi with their own new story, or if they'll fast-forward into the future and start a new tale with brand new characters.
Very interesting. An ongoing Star Wars franchise could be kind of neat, especially if they're better than the prequels. As long as they don't do any more revisionism to the original trilogy (and I don't see why they would), I'm down with some cautious enthusiasm.
