Part of Boba's charme was that he was just standing there, nodding with his helmet. You can't have a movie where the talks the entire time. They better just have him walk and fly around, hunting and shooting people.
As to young Han, Harrison Ford is the only Han Solo, and that's that. It wouldn't work with anyone else, and Ford is a tad too old for the role, so I'm sceptic.

There are some younger actors who could pull it off, I think. I just hope they don't pick someone to get the teenage girls into the movie theater. We had that with Hayden, that's enough.
