I thought he'd be black from your comment. What are they bitching about? The impression I got of the Dornish/Rhoynar look is very Mediterranean, like Sicilian or Spanish (though that may be merely geographically inspired). Given that they cast a typical member of a race so pale that Dothraki call them "milk men" as a black guy (Xaro), this might as well be dead-on-balls-accurate casting, racially speaking. I imagined a pointier face, but I don't see how the race is off at all. Not to mention, he IS descended only a handful of generations back from the infamously light complexioned Targaryens, and the Rhoynar have intermarried with the Andals for centuries, so even if they were black (highly doubtful, since they come from the same region of Essos as the Andals), the ruling family at least could be a lot paler.
