Saves on special effects? Isaac Send a noteboard - 27/07/2013 02:56:02 AM

I find the lost powers trope overused but so many characters tend to just keep getting more and more powerful powers added on with time that you almost have to either do the power drain, temporary or permanent, the Drama Preserving Handicap, as opposed to simply hoping the audience forgets the superhero has an ability that would instantly solve the problem.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.
