He looks like a bad guy.

But then, I have not been totally happy with MS as the doctor, and I believe it could be a step up. As someone said somewhere, we are going to need a slightly darker doctor now, they have tried for dark at times with smith, but he just can't pull it off... goofy is all he manages.

Of course, it would also be fun if Capaldi took it to new levels of silly.
